1. Open the Downloader app. It will ask for permission to access files — allow this.

2. In the URL field, type the official IPTV Smarters Pro APK download URL provided by the developer. You can find the latest link on the IPTV Smarters website.

3. The APK file will download. Once it finishes, the installer will appear automatically.
