We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. XtremeHD IPTV does not store your full card details on our servers.

£ Currency & Pricing

All prices on the XtremeHD IPTV website are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are paying from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees at their prevailing exchange rate. These fees are not controlled by XtremeHD IPTV.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, not during an active subscription period.

📅 Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. The billing cycle corresponds to the plan you selected at checkout — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the current subscription rate at the time of renewal.

⚠ Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a bank decline, your subscription may not renew and service access could be interrupted. In the event of a failed payment:

• You will receive an email notification alerting you to the issue
• You will have a grace period of up to 48 hours to update your payment method
• If payment is not resolved, your account will be suspended until payment is received

We recommend keeping your payment details up to date to avoid any service interruptions.

🚫 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of these terms. If you experience any billing issue, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve it promptly.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and may affect your ability to subscribe in the future. We maintain records of all transactions to assist in dispute resolution.
