How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact the XtremeHD support team using one of the following methods:

• WhatsApp — Our fastest channel. Message us and include your order number or the email address used at checkout.
• Email — Send your request to support@xtremehd.org.uk with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details.

Please provide your full name, order number, and reason for the refund so we can process it as quickly as possible.

Processing Time and Method

Once your refund request is approved, XtremeHD will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

XtremeHD reserves the right to decline a refund in the following situations:

• The refund request is made after the refund window for your plan has expired.
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service, including account sharing beyond the allowed device limit.
• The customer has already received a refund on a previous XtremeHD subscription within the last 90 days.
• The service disruption is caused by the customer's own internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party software rather than XtremeHD servers.
